Rayse Launches RAE, a Conversational AI Assistant for Real Estate Agents

A new artificial intelligence tool designed specifically for real estate professionals is entering the proptech landscape. Rayse, a company focused on helping agents demonstrate their value to clients, has launched RAE (Rayse Assistant Engine)—a conversational AI assistant built to simplify the daily workflow of real estate agents.

The new technology allows agents to manage tasks, track client interactions, and update transaction timelines simply by speaking or sending text messages. Instead of logging into multiple systems and manually updating information, agents can narrate their activities while the AI organizes and records the data automatically.

A Voice-Driven Assistant for Real Estate Workflows

RAE is embedded within Rayse’s Agent Value Platform, which is designed to help agents document and showcase the work they do throughout a real estate transaction. The AI assistant functions like a personal digital assistant on an agent’s phone, capturing activities as they happen.

For example, agents can verbally log activities such as:

  • conducting showings

  • speaking with lenders

  • preparing offers

  • following up with clients

  • coordinating inspections or paperwork

The system automatically categorizes, timestamps, and stores these activities in the background without requiring agents to manually input data into a CRM or platform dashboard.

This approach is designed to make technology work the way agents naturally operate—through conversation and quick updates—rather than forcing them to adopt complex software workflows.

Making Agent Work More Visible to Clients

One of the major problems Rayse aims to address is that many clients do not see the behind-the-scenes work that agents perform during a transaction. A significant portion of the agent’s effort occurs between showings and closings, including research, negotiations, calls, and preparation.

The Rayse platform tracks these activities and displays them within a professional client portal. This allows buyers and sellers to see the full timeline of actions their agent has taken on their behalf.

By documenting these activities automatically, the platform helps agents demonstrate their value and transparency throughout the homebuying or selling process.

According to Rayse leadership, the conversational design removes one of the biggest obstacles to the adoption of many real estate technology tools: manual data entry.

Company co-CEO Christian Dwiggins explained the concept behind the product by emphasizing that the platform adapts to how agents work rather than the other way around. Agents simply speak or text what they’re doing, and the system handles the rest.

Distribution Through MLS and Industry Partnerships

Rayse plans to distribute the AI assistant through partnerships with multiple listing services (MLS) and real estate associations across the country. These partnerships allow the technology to reach large numbers of agents through the platforms they already use.

Integrating the AI assistant into MLS ecosystems also allows the tool to connect with existing real estate data and transaction workflows, helping streamline communication and activity tracking for agents.

A Growing Trend in PropTech

RAE represents a broader shift occurring across the real estate technology industry. AI-powered assistants and automation tools are becoming increasingly common as companies look for ways to reduce administrative work for agents.

Many proptech startups are focusing on technologies that automate repetitive tasks such as:

  • updating CRM records

  • tracking transaction milestones

  • scheduling appointments

  • documenting communications

  • managing client pipelines

These tools allow agents to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time building relationships with clients and closing deals.

The Future of AI Assistants in Real Estate

As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, conversational tools like RAE may become a standard feature in real estate workflows. Voice-driven assistants could eventually handle a wide range of tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating transactions, analyzing market data, and generating marketing materials.

For agents working in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving market, these technologies offer the potential to improve efficiency while providing clients with greater transparency throughout the buying and selling process.

The launch of RAE highlights how proptech companies are increasingly focusing on practical AI tools designed specifically for the daily needs of real estate professionals, rather than generic productivity software.
